YOGA NIDRA - CONSCIOUS DEEP SLEEP

Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep. It is a state of conscious Deep Sleep. In Meditation, you remain in the Waking state of consciousness, and gently focus the mind, while allowing thought patterns, emotions, sensations, and images to arise and go on. However, in Yoga Nidra, you leave the Waking state, go past the Dreaming state, 

ANTAR MOUNA - INNER SILENCE

The sanskrit word "mouna" means silence ,and "antar" means inner silence. Therefore, the english name of this practice is "inner silence" and it is a great sadhana designed to make the aspirant aware of the inner silence as well as the inner noise which generally prevents one from knowing the silence. 

METTA - LOVING KINDNESS

By silently repeating the words of loving kindness in this guided meditation you will deepen compassion and love for yourself, your family and loved ones, and for others around the world. It is a simple and profound practice that is deeply nourishing to your soul and spirit.

TRATAKA - GAZING MEDITATION

Trataka or gazing meditation is an ancient technique that can improve concentration, eyesight and psychic abilities and help with psychic development as it can activate the third eye chakra and pineal gland. Trataka, is a very simple yet powerful yoga meditation exercise, where all you need to do is to gaze at an object, normally a candle, for as long as possible without blinking, and then close your eyes and let the afterimage of the candle, manifest in your minds eye.
